WILL USE AND APPLY ITS ASSETS FOR USE AND BENEFIT OF OF GREATER MONMOUTH COUNTY, ., SO LONG AS THAT ORGANIZATION QUALIFIES AS AN EXEMPT ORGANIZATION UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, AS AMENDED, OR CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS OF ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW.

Our mission is to give back to those who are struggling with cancer for purposes of improving lives of those children with cancer. foundation seeks to help spread some cheer lighten stress within their lives by boosting spirits helping to provide some level of normalcy during these difficult times. foundation shall achieve this by doing following activities: (i)Back-to-School support: foundation will provide financial support to purchase distribute basic back to school items such as book bags, note books, pens, pencils, clothing other school supplies, (ii). Host Movie Nights: foundation will host movie nights at hospital by providing snacks movie.
